General Shipping Information

  • We ship our products in an insulated cooler with plenty of dry ice to ensure your purchased products arrive frozen and in excellent condition
  • Deliveries are made Wednesday through Friday, excluding holidays. Holidays may add an extra day to delivery times. Saturday delivery can be requested for an additional charge.
  • All orders ship from the United States and can only be delivered to US shipping addresses (including Hawaii and Alaska, but excluding any US territories: Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Guam and all Armed Forces addresses).
  • An additional Shipping and Handling fee will apply to shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii. This fee will be quoted at checkout. Additional transit time may be required.
  • To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses at this time.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at delivery
  • Please refrigerate or freeze the products immediately upon arrival
  • Packages that are refused at the time of delivery will be refunded to the credit card originally used for the purchase, less shipping costs. We are unable to refund shipping costs on refused deliveries.
  • Your package will arrive in 3-4 business days from the day you place your order. All orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day delivery method and delivered Wednesday through Friday. Standard delivery charges will be calculated based on the delivery zip code. Orders placed after 12:00pm on Wednesday will arrive the following week.

    We ship our products in an insulated cooler with plenty of dry ice to ensure your purchased products arrive frozen and in excellent condition. Once you receive the product, you should place it immediately in the freezer or refrigerator. We encourage you to reuse the insulated cooler again. Please discard any dry ice that remains in the cooler.

  2. What shipping options do I have?


    Your package will arrive in 3-4 business days from the day you place your order. All orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day delivery method and delivered Wednesday through Friday.
