Convection Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375ºF.
- Peel open the pouch and place the cornish hen in a small backing dish. Pour glaze on top. Add 2 tablespoons of water. Discard the plastic pouch.
- Please the baking dish in the oven and back for 25-28 minutes.
- Carefully take the baking dish out of the oven and place the cornish hen onto a serving plate. Pour remaining glaze over the cornish hen and serve.
Microwave Oven:
- Peel open pouch and place the product in the provided black tray or another microwave-safe container. Add 2 tablespoons of water. Discard plastic pouch.
- To avoid getting any product in your microwave, place a paper towel on top of the container.
- Microwave on High for 6-7 minutes.
- Carefully remove the container from the microwave and let stand 2 minutes before serving.
Water Immersion:
- Fill and preheat water oven to 145ºF (63ºC).
- Submerge the pouch(es) in the water oven for 65 minutes.
- Carefully remove the pouch(es) from the water oven.
- Peel open the pouch(es) and place the cornish hen in a small baking dish. Pour glaze on top. Discard the plastic pouch(es).
- Set broiler to high and broil for 5-8 minutes until skin is golden brown.
- Carefully take the baking dish out of the oven and place the cornish hen onto a serving plate. Pour remaining glaze over the cornish hen and serve.
