Heating Instructions

Convention Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Peel open the pouch containing the meat and vegetables and place the entire pouch content into a shallow baking dish. Discard the plastic pouch.
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 14 minutes. Remove from the oven and mix thoroughly.
- Carefully return the baking dish to the oven and heat for additional 14 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat up the couscous in the microwave according to the instructions below and place it on a serving dish.
- Carefully take the baking dish out of the oven, arrange the meat and vegetables on the warm couscous and serve.
Microwave Oven:- Peel open pouch and place the product in the provided black tray or another microwave-safe container. Discard plastic pouch.
- To avoid getting any product in your microwave, place a paper towel on top of the container covering, but not touching, the food.
- Microwave on High for 4 minutes. Remove from microwave and mix thoroughly.
- Place back in the microwave and heat for additional 4 minutes.
- Carefully remove the container from the microwave and set it aside.
- Heat the couscous in the microwave according to the instructions below and place it on a serving dish.
- Carefully arrange the meat and vegetables on the warm couscous and serve.
Couscous- Peel open pouch and place the product in the provided black tray or another microwave-safe container. Discard plastic pouch.

- Microwave on High for 1–2 minutes.
- Carefully remove the container from the microwave and let stand for 1 minute before serving.
Water Bath:- Fill and preheat the water oven to 145°F (63°C).
- Submerge the pouch(es) in the water oven for 55 minutes.
- Carefully remove the pouch(es) from the water oven and set aside.
- Heat the couscous in the microwave according to the instructions above and place it on a serving dish.
- Carefully arrange the meat and vegetables on the warm couscous and serve.
