Chicken Rollatini

Ingredients

• 2 pieces of Chicken Rollatini
• 
1 loaf of Italian bread

• 4 slices of pepper jack cheese

• 2 cups washed baby spinach

• 1 tablespoon salad dressing

• 1 tablespoon bacon bits


Preparation

Slice the Italian loaf into 4-inch-long pieces. Cut the bread pieces open and place on a sheet tray. Slice the cold chicken breast into ½-inch pieces. Place one slice of provolone onto the bread, then the chicken slices, then another slice of provolone. Toast the sandwich in the broiler until the cheese is melted, the bread is crispy, and the chicken is warm. Dress the spinach with your favorite salad dressing. Serve the Chicken Rollatini sandwich with a spinach salad topped with bacon bits.

Ingredients

• 2 pieces of Chicken Breast Rollatini
• 
½ box of cooked fettuccini

• 2 pouches of Alfredo Sauce

• One 5 oz. can of cooked mushrooms, drained

Preparation

Boil the pasta in salted water, strain and set aside. While the pasta is cooking, reheat the Chicken Rollatini in either the microwave or the oven. Place the Alfredo sauce into a sauce pot with the drained mushrooms and gently reheat them together. Slice each reheated breast into ½ inch slices. Toss the pasta together with the Alfredo sauce and mushrooms and place into the center of the plate. Fan out the chicken slices on top of the pasta and serve.

(Serves 4)

Convection Oven:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Peel open the pouch and place the Chicken Rollatini on a lightly greased baking dish. Discard the plastic pouch.
3. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
4. Carefully take the baking dish out of the oven, let stand for 2 minutes and slice into desired thickness. Place the Chicken Rollatini slices on a plate and serve.

Microwave Oven:

1. Peel open pouch and place the Chicken Rollatini in the provided black tray or another microwave-safe container. Discard plastic pouch.
2. To avoid getting any product in your microwave, place a paper towel on top of the container covering, but not touching, the food.
3. Microwave on High for 4 minutes. Remove from microwave and turn over.
4. Place back in microwave and heat for additional 4–5 minutes.
5. Carefully remove the container from the microwave and let stand for 1 minute before serving.

Water Bath:

1. Fill and preheat the water oven to 145°F (63°C).
2. Place the pouch(es) in the water oven for 80 minutes.
3. Carefully remove the pouch(es) from the water oven.
4. Peel open the pouch(es) and place the product on a serving dish.
