Our products are prepared in our four facilities (United States, France, Norway, and soon our new plant in Chile will be our fourth hub). This ensures ingredient quality and menu consistency anywhere in the world . Also, wherever you need our products in the world, you always deal with one point of contact in our company. This develops closer relationships between all our business partners and us, and let us customize our services to your exact needs by getting to know you. It also simplify a centralized menu development.

Highest quality:

Pamper all your passengers with first-class entrees that taste better than fresh. We consistently require ingredients fresh from the source, like our award winning salmon prepared on the banks of the Norwegian fjords. Our Chef created recipes are then hand prepared by a staff supervised by and using techniques developed by accomplished chefs. The products are then slowly cooked to enhance flavor, minimize moisture loss and improve holding times.

We offer a wide variety of products that let you diversify your offer to your customers / consumers. Our premium center-of-the-plate entrees include salmon, chicken, lamb, beef, pork, and pastas, which you can enhance with our selection of sauces, wild rice, and vegetables. Guaranteed safety and consistency:

Our products are fully pasteurized in their final packaging to ensure that they are free of all vegetative forms of bacteria. Upon request, we can provide you with a fully nutritional analysis of all of our products (soon online). Our plant in the United States follows TQC-USDA and HACCP procedures. The French plant is EEC approved , and the Norwegian facility is HACCP compliant and EEC approved . A computer controlled cooking environment, similar in all of our production facilities, assists our production teams in preparing portions similar in size, color, flavor and texture.

Cost cutting concept:

Our products, because of the unique method of preparation that we use and because they are pre-prepared, do not require a full featured kitchen and qualified chefs to be cooked. They can be handled by virtually anybody and re-heated using a wide variety of ovens or just plain simmering water. This is a key feature in tight kitchens aboard planes or trains.
