- When reheating your 72-Hour Short Rib in the oven, add a sprig of fresh thyme or rosemary, roughly chopped garlic, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
- Add your favorite fresh vegetables on the same baking sheet for the last 15 minutes. We like broccoli and mushrooms, with a splash of olive oil. Then serve them with pine nuts.
- Our Port Wine Sauce is excellent as is, but for an extra kick, reheat it in a sauce pan over medium heat with a tablespoon of butter.
- To serve and plate like a pro, sprinkle any fresh herbs you have around. Thyme and rosemary are always a great complement.
