Heating Instructions

Conventional Oven 1.Preheat oven to 375F(Convection oven 350F). 2.Peel open the pouch placing the Lamb, seared side up, on a lightly greased baking sheet and discard the plastic pouch. 3.Place uncovered baking sheet in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes. 4.Carefully take the baking sheet out of the oven and serve.

Microwave Oven 1.Slightly peel open one corner of the pouch and place pouch on a microwave-safe plate. 2.Microwave on high for 5 ½ minutes from frozen or 3 minutes from thawed. 3.Remove the plate from the microwave oven and let stand for 1 minute. 4.Carefully pour content on a plate and serve. Discard plastic pouch.
