1)What are your ordering procedures?

Standard order lead time is 7 days within the US. Most orders ship on Friday for delivery the following week, depending on location.

2)Do you have minimum order requirements?

Not for orders placed for the US. All orders are either priced as fob + freight or delivered depending on your order size.

3)Do you have nutritional information for each of your products?

Yes, nutritionals are available for all products. We also offer allergen information and ingredients statements.

4)Do you have any vegetarian items?

Yes, we have quite a few center of the plate entrees, sauces, and pastas.

6)Can I fax my orders?

7)Is it possible to receive samples so I can try the product myself?

8)Can someone come to my location and give me a full presentation?

Yes, our sales team is at your disposal. Please feel free to contact them for any additional questions.

9)Can you send me instructions on how to cook the products?

Yes, we have reheating instructions enclosed in every case of product. But we can also fax, mail, or email this information to you.

10)If I don′t have a full-size kitchen in my facility, can I still use your products?

Yes. Our products only need to be reheated. They allow for various reheating methods including microwave, hot water bath, oven, etc.

11)Can your products be reheated in the microwave?

Yes. A few minutes in the microwave and it is ready to serve!

12)Can I buy your products in the supermarket?

Yes. We offer a wide range of products through various retail channels. Please contact our retail team to find out which retailers carry our products in your area.

13)What is "sous vide"?

Sous-Vide is a low temperature cooking method that allows the flavors and the qualities of the product to be retained.

14)Can your products be thawed and refrozen?

Due to the cooking methods and the nature of the product, we strongly discourage refreezing after thawing.

15)Do you ship to other countries?

Yes we do. If you have questions about whether or not we are able to ship to your area, please feel free to contact us.

16)What does "iqf" mean?

Individually Quick Frozen.

17)What is the shelf life of your product?
18 months for most of our frozen products. Some of our products have components that are not fully cooked due to the nature of the product and have a 12 month shelf life.
